Port of La Paz

Location of the port: Pto. Comercial Pichilingue, Km.17 La Paz, Baja California Sur Mexico

Mexico is an incredibly popular tourist destination, and the Port of La Paz might very well be the next famous luxury vacation spot. La Paz is located around 140 miles north of Los Cabos on the southern end of Baja California Sur and provides access to beautifully serene waters.

La Paz means “The Peace,” and the coastal area is named just right. Here, the water isn’t as tumultuous as it is in Los Cabos, which means that you can enjoy a nice long swim in a relaxing environment. The water here is also abundant in aquatic life, which is why it is called the aquarium of the world. You can go deep-sea diving and explore a diverse range of aquatic life up close. At the Port of La Paz, you also have access to a wide range of luxury hotels and resorts. It is known as one of the most developed cities in the country, so you will also have access to a wide range of amenities, including expensive golf courses.

It’s a party for water sports enthusiasts who can not only go scuba diving and swimming, but also go kayaking or paddling since the water here is incredibly calm. However, that doesn’t mean that surfers cannot have a good time here. At just an hour’s drive, they can get access to beautiful waves they can ride. The city also offers a wide range of cultural heritage sites. In fact, at the Port of La Paz, you can enjoy access to the amazing UNESCO waterborne cultural heritage site. You can even double the fun by having your yacht transported to the port.
